FAQ

Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about shooting, budget, timelines, and the workflow. If something is missing — just message us and we’ll help.

It depends on several key factors: what is the purpose of your video, what goal you want to reach, and where you plan to publish it. Online platforms have their own requirements, and TV advertising has different rules and technical standards (duration, format, etc.). Your target audience matters too: younger viewers often prefer viral content, while older audiences may respond better to a more staged, story-driven approach. Our team will help you choose the best format for your specific needs.
Yes. In most projects, our writers and directors develop the concept from scratch and then create a clear script plan. However, if you already have a strong idea or story, we can build the project around it. We’ll refine the concept, structure the scenes correctly, and turn it into a full director’s script / storyboard plan. We’ll be happy to bring your idea to life.
The main stages are:

1) Concept & strategy: define the goal, audience, and distribution channels.
2) Pre-production: scriptwriting, location scouting, casting, props, scheduling.
3) Production: filming, directing talent, choosing angles, collecting all necessary footage according to the plan.
4) Post-production: editing, color correction, graphics, titles, voice-over, sound design, and finishing.

To achieve the best result, we review key decisions with the client throughout the process.
The budget is formed based on the production stages:

1) Pre-production: concept development, script, storyboard (if needed), casting, location scouting, props, permits, logistics.
2) Production: crew work (director, camera team, lights, sound, assistants, admin), equipment (cameras, stabilization, monitors, lights, sound), possible rentals (cranes/rails, etc.), talent fees, transportation, snacks/catering, and sometimes accommodation.
3) Post-production: editing, color correction, sound editing, graphics, titles, voice-over, music licensing (if needed).

Depending on the project, production can take from one day to several months. We work as a full professional team.
After we discuss all details (video or photo), we agree on a clear timeframe for your project. The final timeline depends on the scope of filming, complexity, number of locations, and post-production needs. For most standard video projects we plan up to 7 days, but it can be shorter or longer depending on the case. Our goal is to deliver high-quality content within the agreed deadline.
Yes — we can organize filming abroad. In that case, the estimate usually includes travel (plane/train), transportation for equipment, accommodation, and meals for the crew, plus local logistics and location preparation. International projects should be planned in advance to secure dates, tickets, and locations.
Yes. The best time to optimize costs is during pre-production: we can adjust the concept, locations, crew size, equipment package, and shooting approach. Even with a modest budget, we can build a smart plan to maximize the “value for money”. Please be open about your budget — we’ll propose options that still look premium.

Yes — you can hire individual specialists from our team. For example, you may only need a scriptwriter to develop a strong concept, or a photographer / videographer for your project. We’ll be happy to help. At the same time, the best results usually come from a coordinated full-team workflow, so we often recommend turnkey production.
Yes. We can sign a service agreement and provide all required supporting documents such as acts of completed work, invoices, and talent releases when needed. We value transparency and reliability — you will receive the final result within the agreed terms.

It depends on your goals and the creative task. If we don’t need a big set, cranes, rails, or massive lighting — we won’t add them. We aim to use the budget efficiently. For simple shoots (like backstage content), a compact setup can be enough. For larger productions, the crew and kit may be much bigger: multi-camera, stabilization, monitors, lighting, sound, and aerial shots when needed (and within current restrictions/conditions). The final setup is agreed in advance based on the approved plan.
Yes. We offer loyalty terms and bonuses for recurring clients and larger-volume orders. Discounts can range from 10% up to 30% depending on the scope and long-term collaboration.
Yes — we can work with you on an ongoing basis as a full-cycle production partner, depending on our schedule and current projects. Dates are reserved in advance. To discuss long-term collaboration and planning, contact us by phone or email.
